We help you build a better board.

Our name ELINOR PARTNERS honours American political scientist Elinor Ostrom, the first woman awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Science in 2009.

ELINOR PARTNERS is a Berlin based bespoke board advisory and talent acquisition agency, focused on identifying top female candidates for supervisory committee positions. Drawing from a global network of senior professionals, we help companies bring in the most valuable and varied perspectives to their boardroom. Our clients range from large corporations and government agencies to start-ups and NGOs, all united by a firm commitment to inclusivity throughout the organisation.

Today’s stewards of business are often sourced from an unnecessarily narrow and homogeneous pool of candidates. With a unique network and expertise, ELINOR PARTNERS goes beyond the familiar routes of corporate headhunters. We provide companies with the most suitable and highly qualified candidate – unbiased by opinion, background, age or gender. For us, diversity is not about fulfilling a quota; it is about building an organisation that is innovative, quick on its feet, and attracts top talent.

Equally well connected in the German Mittelstand, the international cultural sector, and the European start-up scene, ELINOR PARTNERS bridges entrenched industry divides. Our unrivalled reach to outstanding female candidates is complemented by a deep understanding of the functioning of company boards. Each client is met with the utmost consideration and discretion, and everything we do is based on trusting relationships built over more than a decade in the field.
